Square Enix called the Japanese release date for the game Dissidia: Final Fantasy

Published by Square Enix announced the date of the game Dissidia: Final Fantasy during a special event to the press on the occasion of the exhibition Tokyo Game Show 2008, says the site 1UP. New Fighting for the portable PSP console, with characters from the Final Fantasy series of games available for sale on the territory of Japan on 18 December this year.

Publication of the game in other regions have not yet been reported. In Square Enix also added that the release of a new action / RPG for the Nintendo DS, entitled Kingdom Hearts 358 / 2 Days will be held no earlier than February 2009. Later in March, selling Dragon Quest IX: Hoshizora no Mamoribito, as previously reported.

Other projects on which work Square Enix, do not yet have a final release date. The developers simply point out that Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for PSP and Final Fantasy XIII for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 should emerge next year.
